Since 1996, when I bought my first home at a gated community from a developer, we had so many operations issues to attend at the community that I decided since then to get into Property Management. A lot has pass from that time and after 5 personal owned and sold houses in 2017 after Maria hit the Island, I saw the need to get directly related into the Real Estate Business.
