So I loved going to his work and since little, learned about how HVAC Chillers Work, Power Generators needed to be maintained every month, how new lightning can safe the store millions of dollars a year, and so on. Since 1996, when I bought my first home at a gated community from a developer, we had so many operations issues to attend at the community that I decided since then to get into Property Management.  A lot has pass from that time and after 5 personal owned and sold houses in 2017 after Maria hit the Island, I saw the need to get directly related into the Real Estate Business.

As of today, 3 years in Real Estate, Borikén Real Estate is one of the fastest and well connected to the industry of residential real estate, specializing in Federal Relocations, Act 60, Medium to Luxury Properties in PR, even if compared to mayor real estate brands in the Island.  We make a difference when attending clients by professionally identifying the needs of the potential seller , renter or buyer and committing to guide them during the over all process of living in Puerto Rico.
