About
My name is Luis A. Toro Bravo. I'm a Real Estate Broker,
Lic. 8901. I've been serving as such in Puerto Rico for the past 20 years. In
2000 I founded my company T & S Realty Group located in the town of
Isabela, Puerto Rico. I specialize in sales and rentals of residential properties,
management of residential, commercial, and vacation properties; and sale of new
projects in the northwest and southwest area of Puerto Rico. Between 2005 and
2010 I managed a small residential construction company, which is why I have
experience in everything related to residential construction and development.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, a course
and certification in the management
of properties and
condominiums, a course of mortgage loan officer and I have a license of
authorized insurance representative since 2011.
I'm a Realtor and I belong to the Mid Island Association
of Realtors. In 2010 I was president of the Arecibo Board of Realtors and a
member of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Association of Realtors. I
recently took the Associate Seller course to get the state of Florida’s license
with views of expanding my services in Florida.
