My name is Luis Adhel Rivera Padilla. I was born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, my parents being Mr. Luis Adhel Rivera Datis, Professional Surveyor and Mrs. Elizabeth Padilla Nazario, School Teacher. Married to Mrs. Wanda Ivette Rodríguez Rivera, merchant, with whom I have two sons, Adhel José Rivera, who is studying his third year of Software Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and Adhel Esteban Rivera who is studying his second year of Software Engineering at the same university and Engineering College. Both were homeschoolers from kindergarten to 12th grade. I have a Master's Degree in Architecture from the School of Architecture of the University of Puerto Rico. I have always had an interest in sustainable urban and agricultural projects that can create a balance between construction areas and conservation zones. While studying for my master's degree, I studied Real Estate with Don Alberto Hernández and obtained my Real Estate Broker's license in 1991.
