On November 12, 2004, Glorian Velázquez Centeno successfully completed the real estate agent course at the prestigious Coldwell Banker Real Estate Institute. Just one month later, on December 13, 2004, she passed the real estate agent exam and earned her license.

On May 19, 2005, Glorian became part of the "NAR" and became a Realtor for the first time, under the name Glorian Velázquez Centeno.  In 2008, she began working at F. López Realty as a real estate agent, where  she continued to demonstrate her passion and skills in the industry until 2011.

In October 2011, Glorian made a bold decision: seek the running back designation. She enrolled in the Real Estate Institute offered at Galería Paseo, with Professor Jose L. Farías as a guide.

Finally, in 2012, she obtained her long-awaited Real Estate Broker license. On January 27 of that same year, she began working as a broker under the name Glorian Velázquez Centeno d/b/a GVC Real Estate, specializing in foreclosed properties.

In 2015, motivated by a desire to provide a better future for her family, Glorian became a property owner by founding her own real estate company, GVC Real Estate, Inc., a name that bears her initials, reflecting her dedication and passion for the industry.

In the same year, she became an exclusive agent for major organizations and secured contracts that demonstrate her experience and capabilities in the field of real estate.
