On November 12, 2004, Glorian Velázquez Centeno successfully completed the real estate agent course at the prestigious Coldwell Banker Real Estate Institute. Just one month later, on December 13, 2004, she passed the real estate agent exam and earned her license.
On May 19, 2005, Glorian became part of the "NAR" and became a Realtor for the first time, under the name Glorian Velázquez Centeno. In 2008, she began working at F. López Realty as a real estate agent, where she continued to demonstrate her passion and skills in the industry until 2011.
In October 2011, Glorian made a bold decision: seek the running back designation. She enrolled in the Real Estate Institute offered at Galería Paseo, with Professor Jose L. Farías as a guide.
