Grew up wondering around a mayor retail store chain,  my Dad worked as the VP Operations Manager for PR and the Minor Islands for 44 years. So I loved going to his work and since little, learned about how HVAC Chillers Work, Power Generators needed to be maintained every month, how new lightning can safe the store millions of dollars a year, and so on. Since 1996, when I bought my first home at a gated community from a developer, we had so many operations issues to attend at the community that I decided since then to get into Property Management.  A lot has pass from that time and after 5 personal owned and sold houses in 2017 after Maria hit the Island, I saw the need to get directly related into the Real Estate Business.

As of today, 3 years in Real Estate, Borikén Real Estate is one of the fastest and well connected to the industry of residential real estate, specializing in Federal Relocations, Act 60, Medium to Luxury Properties in PR, even if compared to mayor real estate brands in the Island.  We make a difference when attending clients by professionally identifying the needs of the potential seller , renter or buyer and committing to guide them during the over all process of living in Puerto Rico.

A robust CRM platform to capture clients give us the control to manage potential clients and work the in the selling and buying cycle.  Currently Borikén Real Estate is expanding and 5 new agents will be joining the company to strategically cover specialized areas of Old San Juan and Condado, Humacao and Fajardo, Caguas and Gurabo, Aguadilla and Rincón, Mayagüez and Cabo Rojo and Ponce to Arroyo Areas.

Licenses, certifications and designations?

I strive to maintain my knowledge up to date and prepare for the future changes.  Graduated from Universidad de Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus with a mayor in marketing.  Post Studies in marketing, finance and sales. I poses an HOA Managment Certification, a Puerto Rico Real Estate Broker License, part of the (NAR) National Association of REALTOR®️, part of the (MLS) Multiple Listing Services marketing board for the (PRAR) Puerto Rico Association of REALTOR®️, 2020 Secretary of the Education Committee of the  Bayamon Board of REALTORS®️ and member of (NAHREP) National Association of Hispanic Realtors.  Also I have acquired certifications like: NAR; (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative,  e-Pro (Electronic and Technology Managment Certification) as to many others.
