On May 19, 2005, Glorian became part of the "NAR" and became a Realtor for the first time, under the name Glorian Velázquez Centeno. In 2008, she began working at F. López Realty as a real estate agent, where she continued to demonstrate her passion and skills in the industry until 2011.
In October 2011, Glorian made a bold decision: seek the running back designation. She enrolled in the Real Estate Institute offered at Galería Paseo, with Professor Jose L. Farías as a guide.
Finally, in 2012, she obtained her long-awaited Real Estate Broker license. On January 27 of that same year, she began working as a broker under the name Glorian Velázquez Centeno d/b/a GVC Real Estate, specializing in foreclosed properties.
In 2015, motivated by a desire to provide a better future for her family, Glorian became a property owner by founding her own real estate company, GVC Real Estate, Inc., a name that bears her initials, reflecting her dedication and passion for the industry.
In the same year, she became an exclusive agent for major organizations and secured contracts that demonstrate her experience and capabilities in the field of real estate.
Today, in 2023, Glorian Velázquez Centeno is a successful professional who has overcome obstacles, achieved closure of difficult cases, and transformed her company into a corporation that provides jobs. Her company, GVC Real Estate, is a reflection of her dedication and commitment to her clients.
Glorian is not only a real estate expert; She is also a passionate advocate for the environment, participating in community events such as beach cleanups. Her love for her work, her desire to help people, and her connection to nature are evident in her daily life.
