Grew up wondering around a mayor retail store chain, my Dad worked as the VP Operations Manager for PR and the Minor Islands for 44 years. So I loved going to his work and since little, learned about how HVAC Chillers Work, Power Generators needed to be maintained every month, how new lightning can safe the store millions of dollars a year, and so on. Since 1996, when I bought my first home at a gated community from a developer, we had so many operations issues to attend at the community that I decided since then to get into Property Management. A lot has pass from that time and after 5 personal owned and sold houses in 2017 after Maria hit the Island, I saw the need to get directly related into the Real Estate Business.
