Leti has over 40 years of experience in real estate market. Born and raised in Puerto Rico. Her passion has always been selling even at an early age. Her first business was selling greetings cards door to door which introduced her to the real estate sales. Actually, it was her grandmother, who as her mentor, first told her about real estates because she owned many properties in Old San Juan as well as agricultural farms and coffee plantations.

Leti´s first real estate company was called LBG. It was dedicated exclusively to the sales and marketing high end real estates in Puerto Rico. Twenty years later, her daughter Ana Gonzalez Brunet joined her and a new firm was eventually created under the name of GB Realty which today is one of the leading real estates companies dedicated in selling prime new condominium and residential developments in Puerto Rico.
