In 2014 I studied to be a real estate broker at Luis Nieves Institute in Guaynabo and in 2015 I became a Broker Owner of Effective Realty.
In 2017 I joined the Association of Realtors, through the National Association of Realtor and the Puerto Rico Association of Realtors I have managed to access valuable information through designations and certifications that I have acquired and that I share with you: SRS, Seller Representative Specialist,
ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative,
PSA, Pricing Strategic Advisor,
SFR, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
Currently I collaborate as one of the Directors of the Bayamón Board of Realtors 2021 - 2023 and President 2023.
